SHIPPING POLICY
At Swaddle up Mum, we are dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your products reach you in perfect condition. We offer shipping through Australia Post and provide both standard and express shipping options to cater to your urgent needs. Rest assured that all orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days, allowing you to enjoy your purchases as soon as possible.

Standard shipping costs on all orders are a $10 flat rate. On average, please allow 3-8 business days to receive your order after dispatch.

Expressed Shipping is available and costs on all orders are $20. If you require express postage, your order will be prioritised. On average, shipping takes 1-4 business days to be delivered.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return and exchange policy is aimed at ensuring your satisfaction with your purchases from Swaddle up Mum. If you find yourself not entirely satisfied with a product we are here to help. We offer a straightforward refund (100% satisfaction or money back guarantee) or exchange policy to provide you with confidence in your buying experience. Your trust is important to us, and we want you to shop with peace of mind knowing that your needs are our priority.

We do not offer returns on sale items unless the item is faulty.

We do want you to be completely happy with your purchase, if you are not, we can offer you a 100% refund providing you lodge your return within 30 days of receiving your item and the product is returned in unused and original packaging is not damaged. Once your return has been lodged, your item must be shipped back to us within 5 days. If your item does not meet this criteria, it will be returned to you.

Return postage is at buyers’ expense and we recommend you post with tracking. Your item is considered your responsibility and a return will not be processed until the item arrives back to us.

At Swaddle up Mum we understand when birth preferences don't always go to plan. If you have purchased a vaginal postpartum package and have ended up with an emergency caesarean please contact us and we can arrange product exchanges providing the products you want to exchange are of course have not been opened/used. Customer must return the unused products at their own expense but exchanged products will be posted for free. Products must be posted with 5 days of contact and exchanged products will be dispatched ASAP.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement (where available) or a full refund of the purchase amount, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase from our online store and you are the original purchaser.
