Can you customise a bundle?

Absolutely! Bundles can be customised to suit you or to the mother you are gifting the bundle too. Bundles can also be customised to your budget!
I have had a caesarean instead of a vaginal birth - can I swap bundles?

Of course! We know that birth journeys do not always go as expected. Simply contact us to organise the swap and as long as the products within the bundles have not been opened/unused.
How much is shipping?

All purchases will be shipped via Australia Post. Standard shipping for all orders will be charged a flat rate of $10. On average, shipping takes 3-8 business days to be delivered Australia wide. If you require express shipping - all orders are $20. If you require express postage, your order will be prioritised. On average, shipping takes 1-4 business days to be delivered.
What carriers do you use?

Currently we use Australia Post for all parcels.
Do you ship overseas?

At the moment no - sorry! But hopefully down the track!
How long will it take to get my order?

Orders will be curated and dispatched within 1-3 days. If you require an urgent order please do hesitate to contact us to arrange a past dispatch. Once the order has left our hands it will left down to Australia post and their delivery time frames.
What if I am unhappy with my package?

If you are not satisfied with your bundle - please reach out to organise a refund or product swaps within 10 days of your parcel arriving.
