In 2020-2021, only 27.3% of babies rural/remote babies were exclusively breastfed up to the age of 6 months old compared to inner cities of 37.5%.
​These low rates are due to the lack of support for rural and remote woman. But rural women can sought help too! It's just hard to know where to look.
